Has signs stating “Due to the nature of this clinic there may be extended periods of waiting.” But having a wait time ranging between 1-2 hours is past an extended period of time and simply indicative of horrible office management and scheduling. If you schedule a visit here do not plan anything for 3 hours after

Worst wait at a dental office I’ve ever experienced. Not sure why this place is called KidsKare because they do a terrible job at caring for kids. They expect your 2 yr old to wait 3 hrs before seeing the dentist. They have zero respect for your time. They need to work on proper scheduling.

My daughters appointment was at 2pm and didn’t see us till 5:30pm and ran out of Nitrous so wasn’t able to do the procedure. They are way overbooked.

The wait can be a couple hours, though I think it just reflects the care and time they are putting into their patients. (We bring coloring books and games to pass the time) The dental hygienists are all so sweet, and Karen is so quirky and engaging with the kids! The Dentist has done work on my son's teeth and is gentle and patient, whereas other offices that we were referred to have turned us away. Definitely worth the wait, great staff.

I took my daughter here because we had a tooth emergency, which they really couldn’t do anything with. She broke her tooth and the root stayed in, but I will never walk into the student office again. The hygienist was rude. The dentist was rude and the place itself was disgusting. They did x-rays of my daughter’s tooth and didn’t Put a plastic cover over the x-ray mouth, please and then decided to wipe it off with basically a wet wipe where the instruments were held was dirty and nasty. The floor was disgusting I will not go back and if I could, I would give this place a zero star review
