They treat their patients very kindly , super professional, and accommodating. You're welcomed in their waiting room with drinks & snacks . After your appointment is done , they also give their patients a complimentary icecream. They even place you into a random drawing if you wear their Farnsworth shirt to win gift cards. Even my son's Swim & Dive team was sponsored by their office by purchasing a photo . Great service !!!!

Farnsworth Orthodontics is where I have been taking my oldest daughter, who is now 12, for her second phase of braces. The staff members are always friendly and welcoming. I never receive any reminders which is OK because I’m pretty organized but other parents may want to receive text or phone call reminders. We started out with Hannah as our braces fitter, and we have seem one other lady for new wires and bands. But just the other day (January 21, 2026), we saw Hannah again! She’s great! Personable. Friendly. Efficient. She also makes my daughter feel at ease and comfortable. Fowler can get busy. I would park on the side, not near the spots facing the front entrance. Our 10 year old received his braces last week. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and willing to go above and beyond. Both the orthodontist and assist (Maria) were understanding of my son's nervousness and walked him through each step with explanations and checking in numerous times to ensure he was okay. We were very happy with the service we received and highly recommend Farnsworth to all!

Every visit, they greet you with the biggest smiles and make you feel completely taken care of. They’re patient, helpful, and always willing to answer any questions.
