Our family had a wonderful experience at Kid Smiles Dental! The entire staff is incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming to children. The office is very kid-friendly with fun activities to keep them entertained while they wait, which helps make the whole visit stress-free. They are also very accommodating to children with special needs and take the time to make sure every child feels comfortable and safe. As a military family, we especially appreciate that they accept TRICARE and truly welcome military families. And the kids love picking out cool gifts at the end of their visit! If you're looking for a caring, friendly, and supportive pediatric dental office, Kid Smiles Dental is an amazing choice.

Great service. The dentist and staff are great with my kids and they never put a fight to come for their visits. Which is a sign of how comfortable they're made by the staff.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this dental clinic. I visited with my two children for their scheduled 3:30 PM Eastern Time appointment, arriving promptly at 3:25 PM. The front desk staff, a blonde woman, was unfriendly and made a comment about our insurance that I perceived as rude. Notably, another woman who arrived after us with five children received kinder treatment and was offered incentives such as colored pencils and Valentine's Day activities for her kids, which seemed unfair given our situation. When my children were called, we proceeded to the examination room. However, the dentist and assistant were not understanding when my son, who was feeling unwell, had difficulty cooperating during the examination. The dentist made a comment about my son's behavior in school,
