The doctor and all assistants are amazing! My son cracked the tooth at school and they kindly took him in just in 10 mins after I called them! The doctor quickly evaluated him and set up endodontist appointment for him and provided all the consulting we needed. True doctors act like this! I can’t thank you enough for helping my son when the help was critically needed 🙇‍♂️🙇‍♂️🙇‍♂️

Both of my sons got the nice treatment here. Doctor Yu is super kind to kids. All the staffs there are also very helpful. We have the normal CHECK here every three month.

Ever since covid hit- it’s been hard getting back into my normal check ups; One of them being my yearly dental cleaning. I was in Bellevue for the day and figured I could get a cleaning done. I checked to see what was available and found this friendly dental office. The staff are so welcoming and took me right in for my cleaning. Their cleanings are efficient and even gave me a goodie bag with a toothbrush to take home. Will definitely be back for my next check-up, thank you again!!

I usually don’t write bad reviews but this review may help a parent to be aware of what to expect when dealing with this dentist! On March 2, 2022 my 4 year old son had a cleaning session with this dental office. Couple of night later, he complained about how painful it was when I brushed his teeth! I thought it was normal as I sometimes get sore gums after tooth cleaning! But every night it got worse and worse to the point I got suspicious and checked his mouth. I noticed his gums was swollen, red with scars around his teeth and several canker sore on his tongue. The next day I called his dentist and let the office lady know about the situation and that it happened after his teeth cleaning session. She offered a time that wouldn’t work out as by the time I pick up my son and drive to thei

Fantastic place! Highly recommend for parents who want their children to have an exceptional experience. I come here every 6 months for my kids who are 7 and 5. Before Kids Smile, all the other dental offices I went to, I have to wait 30 minutes or sometimes even an hour. It was horrible. Here, two dental assistants take both of my kids at the same time. They get done in about 30 minutes. It's great. Dr. Lisa always takes enough time to explain everything so thoroughly. The energy is great here. Doctor is very honest and dependable. Each child is taken into a private room where there is enough space for me to sit down and chat. Definitely the best and kindest in Factoria!
