I have been with kids health alliance, specifically Ms. Allyson Casey for almost 10 years now for both my son and daughter. My son rarely goes he’s a healthy kid. My daughter has been more times than I can count. Ms. Allyson Casey is phenomenal at what she does. Without her, my daughter wouldn’t be progressing as much as she has. She sees us through til the end of each trial we face. She answers me after hours. She’s amazing. But behind the scenes there’s a team that goes under appreciated. One in particular who is the only one I will confide in behind the desk for stuff that’s really important like referrals being sent out etc. all the front office is amazing but Cassandra has carried me through everything with my kids. All of my several children go here. In 2020 I was attracted to the fact the office allows you to have medical autonomy over your childrens care. Not many pediatricians in town allow that. We ended up unlocking care that I will likely never experience anywhere else. From the front to cleaning staff that comes at the end of day, everyone is full of care especially Ajita, Allyson, Cassandra, Megan, Chelsea, and Aniya I feel bad because I know I'm leaving someone out when I say these names because everyone there is worth their weight in gold. I've even experienced times with my kids where they had no insurance. This office cares about the wellness of children they made a way when I didn't see one. I'm ever grateful to them all.

I’ve been bringing my children to this practice for five years, and the experience has declined with every visit. I have never been in a medical setting that felt more abrasive or unwelcoming—especially shocking for a pediatric office. It consistently feels like you’re interrupting them simply by showing up to appointments you scheduled months in advance. My 6-month-old, who began life in the NICU premature and with respiratory distress, was recently seen for a sick visit and tested positivefor RSV. We were rushed in and rushed out with little to no communication and absolutely no real instruction. They sent me home with a nebulizer and made me sign a form stating I was shown how to use it, only for the nurse to tell me, “The instructions are in the box.” Not a single word about what to lo

If it wasn't for Miss Megan and Miss Allison, we would find a new provider. How is it that every time I need to make an appt there are no same day appts available? Does this office not believe in making sure there's sick appts? I've worked as a receptionist before, there are always a certain amount of allotted times for sick kids. But not here. So when you need a Drs note, don't even bother trying to get one. Might as well just go back to our old office and sit through their insane wait times. At least they got us in same day when needed.

Awful place…I used to love it because they would accommodate appts quickly, but they have no experience in complex cases. They even lost record of my sons 4 month vaccines. How are you gonna tell Dad and I we don’t know what we are talking about!?! Someone made a mistake. I don’t care if your inventory or stock doesn’t show that it was taken ( Which is what the manager told me ) It was! Look at the cameras. Making my child suffer for your negligence. Make sure you keep a record of everything! The one time I was in a rush to get my child to another appt and didn’t ask for a paper…this happens. Never coming here again and I know they don’t care. All the receptionists do is chat and do the bare minimum.
