I absolutely love this pediatric office! The staff is always friendly, patient, and caring. The doctors take their time to really listen and explain everything clearly, which makes me feel confident and comfortable. The office is super clean, organized, and welcoming — perfect for kids. Appointments run on time, and they always go above and beyond to make sure every visit is a positive experience. I couldn’t ask for a better team to care for my child!.

This place is great. I love taking my children here. Glad to know they don’t accept anti-vacxers! People that complain about insurance on here need to go learn more about their own insurance. Thank you for being a safe place to bring my children.

⸻ Dr. Cori Lewis is an excellent provider at Kids First Pediatrics. I truly appreciated her care and service for my toddler during our visits. However, I was very disappointed with the medical records department. The person I dealt with tried to withhold my daughter’s medical records due to an unpaid bill and showed no care, concern, or empathy. While I understand the importance of managing payments, sometimes families face hardships, such as job loss. Her conduct was not only illegal and unprofessional—it was also inconsiderate and lacking basic compassion. The North Carolina Medical Board explicitly states that it is never appropriate to refuse to provide or transfer records due to an outstanding balance. I have been going to this doctor office since my first child was born and I can say that they have been phenomenal all across the board. Each doctor that I have had the pleasure of encountering with has been patient, kind, understanding, and willing to answer the most odd questions you can think of. The front desk staff is consistently welcoming and sweet to my babies. If anyone were to ask for a recommending pediatric office I hands down will say Kids First Pediatrics of Raleigh every time.
