Kids First Pediatric Specialists

Dr. Hall is amazing! My three boys love her! She is very caring and compassionate. No matter what the visit is for she always makes my kids feel at ease, and myself as well. She makes sure you have all the information you need about your child before you leave. The staff at Kids First Pediatrics Specialist are wonderful as well. And all appointments are on schedule, I have never had to wait when my child has had an appointment.

I have been coming to Dr. Norton for 8 years. I absolutely love him. He has always been truthful and upfront with me during all 3 of my children’s check ups. He answers every question I have with the upmost respect and in return has listened to all of my concerns. He is an amazing doctor. The staff is also very nice. They are always professional and take care of the needs of everyone as best as possible. Dr. Talley is also super amazing. She has always taken care of my children when their primary doctor isn’t in office. I would recommend both doctors to everyone.

My children have seen Dr. Hall for over 10 years. I have seen the office go through various stages of quality with support staff but it has been a continual improvement and I can honestly say that you will receive competent care with any of the providers at either location. We see Dr. Hall because she is so personable and interacts so warmly with the children. The others each have their own strengths so try each of them out and get a feel for who you like best. I have recommended Kids First Pediatrics to many friends over the years and will continue to do so.

While I love the doctors and think Beth takes her time to look at your child and explains everything wonderfully I hate going there because of the office staff. The girls that sign us in and check us out are always on their phones and I always expect they would ask if I need to reschedule an appointment or if I want to go ahead and schedule my daughters next appointment for shots but instead I have to always ask and them make it like I’m asking for the end of the world. I have never really had any of the office staff be any sort of friendly with me.

I am a first time mom, with a three month old. My son has only been sick twice, and both times they can never get him in. Dr Norton is great, but the receptionist are rude. When I call to schedule an appointment they didn't even ask who I was or what was wrong with my son. They just told me they were booked up for days and that I needed to take him to the urgent care. I understand they might have some sicker children, but not to even ask symptoms so they could guide me in the direction I need. The receptionist also are very rude in office. They are always having personal conversations and will not pull their attention to you till it's convenient for them. We will be finding a new office, due to the office staff (not the Drs)!
