The pharmacy is horrible. They are rude and take forever to fill scripts and in don't normally complain, but it has gotten so bad. I don't even wanna go in there at all anymore. The employees that work up front of the store are great. They are always helpful and super friendly, but the pharmacy needs major help.
The main reason I go to CVS is because all the pharmacy technicians and store workers are very polite and greet me when I walk in. It makes waiting a lot easier.
The pharmacy employees go above and beyond to do their best to fill the prescriptions in a fast yet accurate manner. They have had to endure a bunch of changes recently including extra clients as we had a local pharmacy shut down. I hear a lot of disgruntled clients in line as they get tired of waiting but people are just rude and impatient any more.
From the front door to the pharmacy any employee there will go out of their way to help you
Lots of unannounced closings including closings earlier than expected recently 🤔 Unsure why, hope everything is ok though.
