Overall they have a good service, the girls working in the front desk are very rude, specially the ones on the orthodontist side. They need to take care of the bathroom a little bit more, kids use that bathroom and is always disgusting! I am not complaining about their work they are great dentist and doctors are very nice and professional. It’s the overall customer service that needs more attention.

I’ve gotta say that I have no complaints with this dental office! I think that other ppl have came around when they are really busy but they still manage in an orderly fashion way. My kids have been coming here since like for ever, my daughter is 19 now and with a spectrum and they have treated her great. I recently had a new appointment for her and I have to say that Dr.Dimitrova was amazing alongside her other colleagues Specially Gelsy. I admire you both and appreciate you and the staff for making it nice and smooth for my Daughter Amber R. She was very happy and excited before and after the visit. Thank you can’t wait for my little ones first appointment!

Dental office from Hell. If I can give it 0 stars I would. I had an appointment for my child at 11am. I got to the office at 10:45. Waited on line and when I reached the counter the Receptionist on the Ortho Side pretending she didn’t see me and began to ask a Latino women that was standing not too far from me. Can I help you? So at this time I’m like hello 👋 you don’t see me.. she proceeds to ask me was I in line as if I just magically appeared there. I responded of course.. she looks at the lady “who's also a patient” and waits for her to like give her the ok that I’m not lying. This office seems to not service much people that look like me so yeah I felt disrespected. She then proceeds to tell me she can’t help me check- in. That I would need to wait for the other side of the office

Had the worst experience here. We waited for more than an hour to get checked. Our appointment was 2:30 but ended up waiting until 3:45. No entertainment for kids at all. Although the dentist is nice & I feel bad for getting upset with him but they should not give you an appointment overlapping with someone else. My son has special needs, he was very calm until he’s had enough. The receptionist told us to go inside only for us to wait for another 20 mins. Crazy how they don’t value someone else’s time. Definitely not going back.

God, zero star if I could. I came here 3x because my insurance list this practice as in network. Every time I come, they say I am not in network when I’m with my insurance and they confirm I am. They have zero clue how to verify and when it’s almost time for their appointment, they cancel rather than call the insurance. I called the practice when my child is in pain and they give me a generic online form to fill. No response. They don’t care. In terms of service, the dentists barely spend time with the kids to get their teeth cleaned. They’re overbooked and will spend 2 minutes cleaning. Avoid avoid avoid.
