My initial appointment was on Oct 31, 2024 at 2:30. I was called at 10:12 am on Oct 31, saying they had to cancel my appointment because they had an emergency in the office. Even though I had already put in time off at work to come to the appointment, I agreed with no issues. I was rescheduled for today 11/6 at 2:30. Unfortunately I had a medical emergency today and was put on bed rest. Now THEY can’t reschedule my child’s appointment because of my medical emergency. Wow.

Let's just say I was a little sad when Dr. McIntyre dismissed my son due to him having all his adult teeth now. On the flip side, my daughter is still there and I am grateful. I absolutely love the dentist and the staff.
