Dr. Alan Friedman is exceptional. When he diagnosed my mom's kidneys as functioning at only 8%, he took the time to thoroughly explain end-stage kidney failure to both of us. His expertise was invaluable, making the transition to dialysis years later much smoother. Now, with Dr. Friedman's guidance, my mom is on the path to receiving a kidney transplant. The entire staff, particularly Diana, have been fantastic in keeping my mom's appointments organized and ensuring she stays on schedule. I highly recommend Dr. Friedman and his team.

Dr. Friedman is an incredible Doctor. My Husband & I have been with him for 20 years. He’s extremely thorough and truly cares for his patients. He goes the extra yard by not only interacting through my chart but will still follow up via phone. He also examines and speaks to you not the computer. I find that Doctors these days don’t make eye contact anymore. They’re so busy making sure to get everything coded correctly in the computer. I know as I’m in the healthcare industry. This is not the case with Dr. Friedman.

This place is horrible!!!! DR .Ready is great but the front desk staff ( Diana especially)are nasty and rude to their patients. They don't call to cancel or change appointments they only tell us after we took out time to get to the office and then they tell us "oh he's on vacation". WTH... I definitely recommend the doctor but the staff not so much......
