KidMed Pediatric Urgent Care - Southside (Midlothian)

Walked in pretty close to closing time (7:15). Only a few people ahead of me. Was seen promptly. All staff members from front desk to provider was very kind and patient. Leigh Ann (NP) took great care of my little one. I can see why KidMed gets so many good reviews! Will definitely be back.

I did a walk in with my twins. They both were very sick. The wait time was no more than 5-10 minutes after registration. The care was top tier and the Staff was excellent. I love this place better than any Urgent Care because they actually take time and make sure your babies are good before leaving their care. 100 percent recommend. Thank you for all you do especially the Staff that worked on 1/2/26.

Arrived 40 minutes before they closed with my daughter being a brand new patient and each of the staff members I spoke with upon entering were incredibly kind to me, informative and maintained the same attitude most would have as if they were just opening. The nurse we had was extremely nice and very attentive to my daughter and myself. The doctor was confident, knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything in great detail to me. 10/10 will recommend this facility to any & everyone I know. (I wish I would’ve remembered the names of the specific staff members but with my experience, I believe they are all the best)

This was the first time I was a walk-in so I was nervous we would be there forever waiting to be seen. We were there around 7pm on a Saturday and waited maybe 40 minutes. The nurse and doctor were so kind and really put my son at ease. He’s anxious at doctor offices. I will always use Kidmed when we can’t see our primary.

The whole team at KidMed is amazing. From the front desk to the doctor. They helped me get my child out of the car, in a wheelchair, and directly to a room where we saw a doctor very quickly. My 9yr old was experiencing a sudden onset of sharp lower abdominal pain. We were on our way to the ER when we almost got stuck in traffic due to an accident and decided to reroute to KidMed. She would scream each time the pain hit and when moving her. Everyone was wonderful they were compassionate and very helpful.
