Kiddsmiles Pediatric Dentistry

I have been bringing my girls here for years. For the first time I was 30min late for my app( Tuesday after a snow storm)When asked if I could come in the receptionist said it’s a 10min policy and I couldn’t I’d have to reschedule. No problem, proceeds to ask me the availability. Any weekday after school 2:30. She says they don’t she anything after 1:30. I don’t believe in taking a child out of school for a regular checkup that I made months in advance. I ask for Feb break booked until the summer. It wasn’t all of the above it was the attitude of I don’t want to help you that drove me to write this review. I recommended family here it’s unacceptable. Maybe their staff should be working when the child population is actually available like after school and evenings when kids are not in dayc

Great pediatric dental care. Been coming to this office for the last few years and they have been amazing with my child’s dental care. Very patient, caring and kind staff. I greatly appreciate how much every staff member has always included my child when they are discussing their dental care and ask if they have any questions or concerns also. You can truly see how much they care for their patients because they always make sure my child feels as comfortable as possible at every visit. I highly recommend this office.

Recently switched to kidssmiles and could not be happier. My son 5 year old used to be terrified of the dentist now he looks forward it it! We saw Dr. Jasmin and she was wonderful with my kids patient and kind. Highly recommend this practice.

My son was so nervous and Dr.Jasmin and her wonderful assistant brought so much comfort during his appointment! He left happy and without tears! Extremely nice office great staff from the lovely front desk girls to assistant to the doctor!

I got a reminder for kids cleaning via txt, I called them up and asked for any appointment they could give me after 3pm as I did not want to take my kids out of school. The soonest appointment they could give me was 5 months out July 7th by then my kids would be on summer break. It’s run like a machine and not personable.
