Kiddie Cavity Care

Completely lazy people. 3 different days ive called this doctors office back to back from the moment they’re supposed to open at 8:00am NEVER get anyone to pick up the phone. NEVER get any good customer service, a friend referred this place to me saying it makes her younger child feel comfortable because of the child like atmosphere, well unfortunately my child won’t even get to see the inside of the building because you all won’t answer the phone. I guess I have to wait until I’m off to drive to the office and then I’ll be able to be helped by someone. Online at their website says call us, just for them to NEVER answer. Lazy people if you don’t want to work just stay HOME!!!!!

I absolutely love Kiddie Cavity Care! The staff are amazing, from the receptionists, to the hygienists, and even Dr. Altman! They are all so nice and I’m the mom that ask a bunch of questions but they are so good at what they do, I can be at ease just sitting and watching while they do what they do best. My daughter had to get an extraction done and Dr. Altman was so good, she didn’t even put up a fight and was calm the entire time and had very minimal pain in the hours that followed. The exam rooms are open and kid friendly, they even have small tv screens above the seats so kids can be occupied during their visit. Not to mention the location is very accessible as it’s on several bus lines for those that rely on metro, Naylor Rd and Suitland Stations are only minutes away. I highly recomm

I brought my 4 yr old Ky he was a little nervous but it went great. The staff was very nice to the front desk ladies , to the assistants and the Doctor. The whole office is colorful & clean. Would recommend 100%.

My now 6 year old have been a patient here for about 3 years now. She’s very comfortable with Dr. Altman and his staff. Lolita, who works the front desk is very helpful and pleasant. As a parent it’s comforting knowing your child looks forward to seeing their provider. That means a lot!!!

I love this office. Its in Temple Hills MD close to Suitland subway station. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The office is very kid friendly and bright. I even got Tooth Fairy Glitter in preparation for my son's loose tooth!!
