Waited 3 hours past my appointment time just for them to rush through my fillings in 15 minutes because they had another patient. I will not be returning.

The Doctor and staff were totally professional. As a first time patient, there were only two things that gave the office a bad impression. One of the receptionists was Not waring a face mask to greet incoming patients and was quite unfriendly. The other thing is that there was no hand sanitizer available for the customers to use in the waiting area. Otherwise,a very pleasant experience.

They cracked my tooth in half doing a filling, and offered to put in a crown for a thousand more instead of fixing it. Then they got mad when I asked them to wash their hands after coming from dealing with another patient.

Staff is very unprofessional. I had a 1pm appointment they called me an hr before and ask if I can come for 12:30 and I said yes. Got there for 12:25 and waited until 1pm and I wasnt even called I had to remind the girl at the desk that they told me to come for 12:30. Meanwhile there was someone free to take care of me but they were busy talking to each other

The office technician lost my partial and Dr. Patoliya refused to replace my missing partial. I am so upset and disappointed that he has values in his paying patient just their money.
