This is not a real pharmacy because a real pharmacy feels prescriptions of all kinds, narcotics, including blood pressure medicine cholesterol medicine, asthma medicine, etc. I’m on a fixed income and they want to charge me $60 a month for my routine pills and a $5/month for narcotic pain medicine for my disability. But it is filled immediately. But if I use my CVS mail order 90 day supply, my prescriptions will be $25 a month for routine medications totaling $75 every 90 days and $5 per months for my narcotic pain medicine for my disability. But it takes 10 business days before it can get filled. This is taking too long but I have no choice but to wait for 10 whole business days to get my complete medications refilled taken care of, so I’m sitting here in pain with nothing for 10 whole

Absolutely love my new pharmacy! I was formerly going to the CVS at Penn-North(NEVA AGAIN…cause it be your own ppl😡). Keystone was quick, friendly, polite and professional. My experience was ideal and don’t be fooled by the area, some of THE BEST customer service I’ve received (Post COVID-and a former Server, so I KNOW GOOD SERVICE). Not to mention very cost effective! So happy I chose this pharmacy.

If I could give No stars I would only because I love the fact that they do give you water when you get your medicine but otherwise any other pharmacy allows you to pick up your love ones medication as long as you have proper identification but not this place. And I don’t know if it’s because the person thinks that everyone he interacts with is a liar or a scammer but it’s people that life really happens to and need some help and you never know if one day that person could be You or your love one. I know the law sir and if it’s the way that you all run the pharmacy and treat patients then it’s in need of a big change.

They offer professional neighborhood service. Made me feel at home and comfortable. They even gave me a small bottle of water to take my pills! That's a 5-star pharmacy.

I grew up on 500 Block of Baker street from 1971-1992. I remember going there w/gmom as a child to the original location at corner of North & Druid Hill ave. Package goods in the front, scooped ice cream & pharmacy in back. As an adult I had the opportunity to work for Doc as a pharmacy tech back in early 90's . I remember Ms Heddi (Ms. T) as we called her, Ms Janie, Jonathan.... that was in kinder days. It's good to hear that Doc is still going strong and is still considered an amazing guy. Keep up the good work!!
