The staff is always polite, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. The pharmacist is very accommodating, takes time to explain things and answer questions. Additionally, their prices are very reasonable compared to other compound pharmacies. Highly recommend.

I would put zero stars if I could. I don't know how this pharmacist stays in business. The first time I was there he was screaming at his employees threatening to fire someone. Then today when I went in he started screaming at me. He has some serious anger issues. I will not be back. Can't believe anyone would treat paying customers like that and nothing there is cheap.

They refused to fill one of my prescriptions after I sent a different prescription to another pharmacy due to it being out of my price range. The pharmacist was extremely rude and hung up on me. He said he didn’t want my business at all if I wasn’t going to fill both with him, despite the reason for filling the other prescription being that it was out of my price range. Do you not understand how expensive medications are that insurance doesn’t cover? I even apologized for not being able to afford it when I first spoke to the technician. Even if you are going to refuse service, there’s absolutely no reason to be rude and nasty and hang up on someone. Downright unprofessional. I will be reporting.

Super grateful for the fast response to my need for a refill before heading out on a trip. Worked with the pharmacist directly. Thank you for being so responsive to meet your client's needs!

My vet emailed a script and I walked in the door a few mins before they were to close. After seeing the script, they wanted me to pay for it but told me they would not fill it until the next day. There were 3 people in the place that worked there and no other customers but me. They refused to fill it while I was there but we're clear they wanted me to pay for it. Based on the absence of customers this is not a business built on customer service nor even an attempt at it. Told them to keep the script and I'll take my business elsewhere. I would not recommend to anyone. Go someplace else. Gave 1 star because there isn't a lower rating. Not sure what they are used to here but I won't be a part of it. I'll pay more to patronize someplace else based on this experience. No one that worked there
