Kevin Sorge, DDS: Fayetteville Family & Cosmetic Dentistry

Absolutely disappointed in this place after my final experience there in April. I’ve been debating writing a review. I had been going there for about 3 years. Not sure why we even stayed this long. The experiences were different each time. New technicians and receptionist frequently. I did like one woman, but she is no longer there from what I believe since I haven’t seen her for my last 3 or 4 visits. Anyway, every time that I’ve gone, they have told me that my teeth look amazing, I have great dental hygiene, and that there’s not much to clean because of how well I take care of them. Considering all of those compliments again, I was expecting a quick and “easy” cleaning. I recently had Dr. Sorge himself perform my cleaning this last time. Dr. Sorge is the best dentist I’ve ever been to in my life. He’s caring, extremely gentle, the office staff is amazing and there’s nothing at all I would change. He ALWAYS makes sure I’m totally comfortable before he does any procedure and that I understand everything that’s happening. Truly the absolute best. Highly recommended!!!!!!

Dr. Sorge has been my dentist for the better part of 30 years. He has been consistently wonderful as a dentist and an even better person. It’s a small, personal experience every time. The staff is consistent, and you always see Dr.Sorge, heck, he even personally does the cleanings! I wouldn’t even consider another practice and if I could give 6 stars I would.

Receptionist horribly rude. Tried to make an appt as a new patient, receptionist made me repeat 6 times my ins info, then raised her voice at me. When I explained I was at work and could not keep repetaing the same dental plan and group id over and over, the receptionist berated me to "do what she told me" and was very rude. Very upset as I wanted to go to this dentist!

I visited Dr. Sorge after having a poor experience at another dentist's office in the area and I'm so glad I did. Everyone from the front desk staff to the hygienist were extremely friendly and welcoming. Dr. Sorge did a thorough exam and took time to answer all of my questions. I felt very comfortable and not at all rushed. Would highly recommend this office to everyone.
