I called for 3 days trying to schedule an appt as I was informed my heart was enlarged. I called 9 times over 3 days. Every single call I made was forwarded to voicemail. Only 1 of those 9 calls was actually returned. And I couldn't answer it bc I was on the other line with another doctor. In 3 business days I could not get a hold of this office. Not even once. They are in a life and death practice, and that is how they treat new AND existing patients? Thank God I won't be coming here. They did me a favor.

I love Dr. Hayes. He’s a doctor who really shows care and concern for his patients as well as every staff member. They are so courteous and kind,they speak in a manner that you can understand no matter the questions.

Really happy with the receptionist, nurse and especially Dr. Hayes. Dr. Hayes didn’t rush to get you in and out he explained things to you, extremely great bedside manner. He didn’t change medication the first time seeing you, taking his own test not relying on other doctor’s opinion that’s how I feel a doctor should be.

My first visit to this facility and doctor and I was impressed with the friendly, almost family atmosphere of the employees, as well as Dr Hayes. He found something he thought might be a concerning issue and right after the exam took me to a technician for a scan. The scan seem to collaborate his concern and he said things in motion for more follow-up test and the scheduling of a procedure to further determine the extent of my issue. I'm impressed.

The nurse that checked me in was awesome! She was quick and friendly. Doctor Hayes is also attentive and helpful. I was even called back prior to my appointment. Had a great checkup experience.
