Kettering Health Soin Pharmacy

Whenever the male pharmacist is there no problem. Today was a horrible experience with the female pharmacist was there. after already contacting the pharmacy 3 different times the reaching the doctors also. Waited about 30 minutes for the refill which is completely out of the normal. As my prescriptions were delivered, I was asked if there was a problem and I said yes I told her 30 minutes waiting on a couple prescriptions was a little long. They should work on customer service. She told me she stopped everything she was doing and bent over backwards to make things right for me, and they do it all the time, they put cancer patients to drugs to the side among many others. Not once did she mention my disease or have any concern for it. I would give a zero if possible after today’s experien

I have used the KHN Soin Pharmacy since the hospital first opened. The pharmacist has been very friendly and helpful to my family. I have not had any issue getting my prescriptions filled. I always pay the lowest price available for generics. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Nice hospital and they all have great bed side manners

Clueless and rude staff. They gave me the run around more than once and lied about hours of operation. Find a better pharmacy.
