To know that you have an employee like Vanessa Barnett is not only scary but dangerous for every one of your patients. For her to be bragging enough and flashing her badge around while cussing and threatening her husbands ex wife and the mother of his child and trying to harass her in front of her children is beyond ridiculous. If she can act like that with a child right next to her, imagine how she treats the patients!!

I was a new patient to this location sheduleded at 830am. I showed up at 830 exactly. I was told I needed to be there at least 10 min early as a new patient so I would need to reschedule the appt 17 days out. So much for Hippocratic Oath..🤒 Mind you I am the only patient in the waiting room and I am in the Kettering Health System computer system. Major fail.

Their new location is very nice and spacious! The staff and doctors are all super friendly, and I don't think I've ever walked away feeling like I wasn't taken care of.
