Kettering Health Medical Group Primary Care - Middletown Summit

I love this office. I started with Dr. Wourms, and he was wonderful. Now, I typically see Stacy McCoy, and she is just fantastic. She really listens and cares. I moved and I still drive to this office.

I love this office, Dr. Tomlinson is always eager to help and Dr. Simmons covering for Dr. Tomlinson sent a script for a COVID test when I was unable to make an appointment. My regular MD visits are great, Randy, Dr. Tomlinson's nurse is very kind and personable. As well as the other nurses/MA's. Everyone in the office is very nice and friendly even after they joined with Kettering. I've been coming to this office for 35 years and they've never been rude. The Md's and NP really care about their patient's.

Very disappointed. I Originally made an appointment months ago and lady I spoke with, was rude until I gave her my profession. Then her demeanor instantly changed. Arrived right on time for my appointment today after checking in online the night before. The staff was acted like they were too good to help you and was rude once again. Then advised because I arrived right on time that they canceled my appointment and I would have to reschedule. Not that the staff really cares but I will be finding a new place to go.
