From my first phone call with the wonderful woman at the reception desk to the hygienist then to Dr Qui I can't express how comfortable they made me feel. I had explained first that I was petrified of the dentist and was very nervous. They made sure that they explained everything they were going to do and made me feel at ease. I also have an autoimmune disorder and it was nice to know that Dr Qui actually knew something about the disorder. I know I will be in good hands while I get my procedures done here at Kessler. Thank you for being so patient and caring.

I had such a great experience at this dentist office! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. They made sure I was comfortable, clearly explained all the services available, and kept me informed about everything throughout my visit. My hygienist, Alissa, was so kind—she took the time to explain everything she was doing and made the cleaning process really easy and stress-free. Dr. Kepner was just as wonderful! Everyone there from reception to Dr. Kepner were excellent. I had awful pain and they were able to squeeze me in. Hadn't been to dentist in quite a while. My teeth are a hot mess. No judgement, just kindness. Very gentle. Thank you to Kathleen at front desk, Selena, gentle dental assistant to finally kind Dr. Kepner. So glad I found them.

Every single person in your office I interacted with - from my wonderful, compassionate, and knowledgable hygienist to Dr. Qiu with her vast experience and ability to communicate my dental health in a very easy-to-understand manner, to everyone in between who helped me with transferring my dental records from my prior dentist despite the dizzying hassle of that and welcoming me - eased my mind and made me feel like not just like a patient, but a person who was truly seen.
