I have been looking for a new doctor for over 5 years now. I saw the same doctor as a child up into my late 20’s and he retired. Since then I have been to a couple different practices and just feel like the staff is rude and inexperienced. Patients had seemed to be an inconvenience to them, But from the time I made my appointment to my actual appointment at this office they have been AMAZING! So sweet and listened to everything I wanted to discuss with them. The front desk girl was so nice in welcoming me, the lady that scheduled me was patient and accommodating, and the assistant and Dr. Wilcox were very comforting and friendly. The doctor listened and gave me some recommendations. I already got my lab results today! I’m so excited to have a new home for my family! I don’t know how there

Extremely disappointed... I’ve been a patient of Dr. Flanagan for more than five years. Always enjoyed our visits and he always provided great care. I learned with no advance notice that Dr. Flanagan is no longer seeing patients who do not belong to their subscription based Nextera program. In addition they are not willing to refill my scripts until I set an appointment with one of their other doctors... This really put me in a tough position and the person I spoke to didn’t really seem to care... Guess I’m going to be looking for a new Dr. this week so my scripts don’t run out... Poor communication to spring this on a long term client.

Stay FAR away. After being a patient for over 25 years, they dropped me like a hot potato when I went on Medicare. They do not care about their patients, they do not care about long term relationships, they care about making money off their Nextera memberships. Be aware especially if you are approaching 65.

Terrible. About 4 years ago it was good...Dr. Flanagan was approachable, available and knowledgeable. Then somehow it went downhill. He must have hired some poor doctors. I just had the pleasure of "firing" this firm, after having seen it go from great to bad in 4 years. Latest incident was that I was the only person in waiting room, waiting to get blood drawn. I was 5 min. early, at least. I check in. I wait. I hear the blood gal (phlebotomist) yakking. What the heck? Fifteen minutes goes by, the receptionist says 'oh, sometimes it takes a long time for a blood draw'. Twenty - five minutes for a blood draw, with the office basically empty?? So I waited about 45 min. counting the 5 min I was early. My blood draw took less than 2 minutes. Three years ago had a heath issue. The

Their staff knows nothing when it comes to insurance. They told me I was in network and took my co-pay of $50. It turns out I wasn't in network and I got a bill for an additional $114. I argued with them for months but this company only cares about their bottom line. I would highly recommend you avoid them and find another doctor. You may end with the same issue since everyone who works there is incompetent. Look at other reviews and you will see the same thing over and over again. I would heed all the warnings before something happens to you as well.
