Kentucky Urgent Care ( Versailles)

The lady behind the desk is nice. Everyone else here is very rude and inconsiderate. Don’t even know who the nurse was that came out after we’ve been waiting in the lobby for over an hour and a half but she was the rudest person yet! This place is absolutely pathetic! Especially the nurse in the back don’t have her name yet, but I will be adding it to this review once I get it! And I promise you I will never be back to this place. Worst place in Versailles. You probably have a better chance of going to the vet and getting more personable service! The nurse we ended up seeing was great the other lady never reappeared but was rude as hell and should find another profession. Maybe she should spend some time cleaning the lobby since it looks as nasty as it does! I added more pictures. Mind y

Christi and Tiffany met every need I had and answered any questions I had. Utc is so lucky to have them. I wish Christie could be my primary doctor, I trust her with my kids health and mine. They went above and beyond to make sure I got to feeling better.

Front desk staff as well as the doctor were extremely kind, pleasant, and helpful even though they were busy and had gone through a long day. I, myself, had been traveling all day and needed to replenish my water supply while I was waiting. Without question they helped me rehydrate while I waited. I appreciate the new policy of allowing the registrant to lounge in their own vehicle while awaiting a room. Let's face it: most vehicle seats are a lot more comfortable than any waiting room chair these days! Thanks Urgent Care of Versailles!

The staff is thorough and professional. My granddaughter saw Dr Christy this time, and she always puts my grandchildren at ease and truly listens to them. After the test results came back, we were in and out in no time!

I've got to tell you all Kristie is one of the best practitioners I've ever seen. If she had her own practice, Should be my PCD. She's so kind and sweet. She's so good with my little girl. Along with all other office staff Versailles urgent care is the best there is.
