CVC has always treated me and my animals with the best service and kindest staff. They have even come to my house to assist with an euthanasia, which made the family very happy to be in a comfortable place.

Brought my budgie here twice. They did not find the cause of illness. Necropsy showed impacted crop. Won't be returning or recommending for bird care. They are not equipped to see small birds and cannot draw blood from them.

They did their best to take care of my husband and I’s beloved rabbit, Ink. He unfortunately caught a terminal case of the Snuffles which heartbreakingly wore his little body down and we chose to end Ink’s suffering and put him to sleep after 2 months of repeat visits to this clinic. The vets here worked diligently to try to save Ink, listened to our concerns and let us borrow a nebulizer machine to test treatments at home. Sadly, Snuffles is very common in rabbits and is significantly hard to cure permanently. 10 years with the best bunny ever, and the vets and vet techs at Crossroads Clinic helped guide our shaking hand in walking our bunny across the rainbow bridge. I took my hamster (fuzzy butt) in, I was scared I would lose her. They fixed her right up and gave her what she needed. I would definitely recommend crossroads to everyone. Very nice and caring. It's not expensive either, I was very satisfied with the bill and shocked at how low it was.
