Kentucky Urgent Care (Lexington - Richmond Rd)

The lady working front desk deserves an award of how to be the front desk receptionist. She should teach seminars on how to be empathetic and sympathetic. She was absolutely amazing. The nursing assistant who took us back was also incredible and she was wonderful with kids. Especially when the kid is sick and funny and grumpy. She had patience of an angel. The nurse practitioner who saw our little one was just as wonderful. I don’t know if she is a mother herself but her incredible attitude and genuine compassion for her patients. My wife and I were shocked at such incredible service.

This visit was wonderful. The women at the front was very helpful with my insurance and getting me signed in. The young man who took care me and my problems was incredibly kind and explained my issues to me. He also sent a prescription to my pharmacy and explained how to use it detail. I cannot go without saying how appreciative of the medical help I recieved today and how kind everyone was. Thank you, and if I need this kind of service again, I will certainly be back! I’ve been to this urgent care a few times this year, including today, and I’ve always had a great experience. The staff is consistently kind and welcoming, the providers really listen and make you feel heard, and I’ve been in and out quickly each time. I truly appreciate how smooth and stress-free every visit has been. Highly recommend!

My visit to the clinic was excellent. The staff's response was very quick, and I was impressed by the kindness of the medical and administrative staff there. After the medical examination, the medical team understood my health condition and prescribed the best treatment for me. Many thanks to all the staff there.

The staff were very nice and supportive. I truly appreciate the lady that came in and even wrote down what labs I need to have the doctor do. The service was quick and I was in and out in less than 2 hours.
