Dr. Pawa is an amazing, compassionate, caring doctor. He became my pediatrician as a child over 15 years ago, as well as my brothers, after Dr. Michael passed away. He’s been my oldest daughter’s doctor since birth 5 years ago and my youngest daughter’s doctor since birth for the past year. I am devastated that I am pulling my children from the practice as we love him and my family has known him for so long, however, the office staff is horrendous. There’s been so many times I’ve swept their behavior under the rug, but today, being made to feel stupid and like a bother for calling for a refill on nebulizer solution because my child has pneumonia and she’s refusing an inhaler, was the final straw. Frustrated is an understatement. It seems whenever I call for a sick visit appointment, there is never an appointment available and I’m told to call the next day for a same day appointment because they “cannot schedule an appointment for the following day”. Sounds like nonsense and just straight up bull to me. I have even been told in the past that maybe I should consider taking my child to an urgent care if they “need to be seen”. What is the point of having a pediatrician if I have to take my child to an urgent care. And even when you’re trying to book a well visit, they book months out. It’s funny how they say they’re always booked and never have appointments available, but the office is always empty when you’re there. My son has been a patient of this practice for over 12 years, he had a lingering cough that I wanted his doctor to check out, not only was he not seen by his doctor as promised when I made the appointment was seen by someone else and was told it's just a cold and take Robitussin, billed $300 for spending not even 10 minutes in the office. Will be finding another medical practice to join..

This office is going downhill. The receptionists are the rudest most unhelpful people ever. Every time I try to make an appointment there is some reason as to why they can't make me an appointment. My younger sibling needed an appointment because she needed a doctor's note for an accommodation she needed at her school. The office told me that I needed an appointment for a well visit but oh so sorry we are booked for the next MONTH. my sister needed the note ASAP and we communicated that this was a time sensitive issue. we couldn't go to any other doctor cuz it had to be from the doctor that has her medical history. they refused to help until we called corporate and they suddenly had an opening for the next day. The only pediatric near me, called to make an appointment because my daughter had an ear infection. Apparently they weren’t taking new clients even though my child was sick had a fever and needed to see a doctor. No morals, no compassion not even the ability to try.
