Kenneth Richard Einberg

A rare find. Dr. Einberg has been my neurologist for several years now, and in that time, I’ve lost count of how many times he’s gone out of his way to make himself available and ensure everything was right with me. I’ll obviously refrain from sharing any personal details, but believe me when I say—you’re in good hands with him as your doctor.

I’m writing this review on behalf of my fiancé, who has been a patient of Dr. Einberg for the treatment of severe cluster migraines. Unfortunately, despite some initial help from the medication he prescribed, our experience with Dr. Einberg has been overwhelmingly negative due to his poor bedside manner. Dr. Einberg consistently fails to listen. He often asks questions and then interrupts before my fiancé even has a chance to finish answering, making her feel unheard and invalidated in discussing her symptoms. This dismissive behavior is not just frustrating—it makes her feel as though her experiences aren’t real or significant, which is unacceptable, especially for someone dealing with something as debilitating as chronic migraines. Probably one of the top worst experiences I have ever had in a doctors office. My lovely bill says I had a 45 minute visit when it was just 15 minutes. The doctor barely let me explain my full set up symptoms. He dismissed them and said they weren’t important. Don’t even get me started on his bedside manner. I really wanted to give him a chance despite his arrogant demeanor and old school style but I found him to be too offensive.

Went through everything that was going on. He set up an action plan, wrote it out. Gave me a prescription with it written to get an MRI, that he would send notes to my doctor to follow up with another specialist. Never sent in the request for the MRI, never sent notes to my PCP. When I followed up he said he was an old man and misspoke and nothing was needed. I was fine. Gross mishandling of his patience. He should retire if he's too old. Please go somewhere else. Don't bother with this man or his office. Unprofessional is an understatement.
