Dr Svensson always brings sensible care and conversation to my visits. I appreciate his staff and team for their professionalism and courtesy. I've been a patient of his now for almost 10 years.

I have returned to this Dr a few times over the years as he’s on my insurance and very local. Each time I leave frustrated. His staff are great. Engaged, helpful, friendly, his office is clean & organized, but Dr. S is detached, dismissive and rather creepy. He said I needed bloods and would be back to talk to me. He never returned. Another time he began an exam without asking consent & the last time he got up and left without saying a word. I found him to be uncommunicative and aloof on many occasions.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr Svensson for over 5 years. Love his staff. He’s great and thorough. I have seen people complain about calling and wait times but can we understand that when it’s flu season there is going to be more people so there will be a wait. He takes his time and that is something I like because in this day and age where you barely see the dr for 3 minutes it’s nice.

Dr. Svensson and staff are fabulous. The Doctor is the PERFECT blend of regular and new holistic type medicine. He really listens and takes the time to look at you. He treats you like family. I have worked in the medical field long so I have met a lot of doctors. Dr. Svensson is the tops.

He is ok but the nurse who was pregnant was mean. The secretary did not tell me i needed to ask for a perscription. Why can"t they tell me? i needed it for pain from a car accident and asked if she could mail it and she said it was a state law and she could not mail it. 2017 I am still with them . I changed insurance and stayed with the doctor . Dr Svenson is good. Staff is easy to reach , call center too compared to other doctors. Even if my review 2 years ago was not good i told the truth. That I don't take back.they are easy to contact thank God. The wait sometimes is long. I am coming from Stony point. But it is not too far. Parking is ok . I have no problem with that. So what matters is that the doctor is good. Honestly insurance companies don't make it easy. Also with work and all
