Outstanding Experience yesterday!!!! The entire Office is so friendly! Gabe, phenomenal personality, he took all the x-rays and assisted the Hygienist. He was very thorough and definitely made the process smooth and easy. Courtney, my Hygienist was hands-down the best in the business. She is knowledgeable, shared tons of information with me and did a complete exam while prepping for my cleaning. Dr. Upchurch was professional, explained everything and listened to my concerns. Terri at the front office was extremely patient, attentive and provided options in regard to financing. I highly recommend Kennesaw Complete Dental for an amazing experience!!!!

I recently had to find a new dentist because my old one stopped taking my insurance. So I ended up here and I’m glad I did. The first visit I was a little apprehensive as the hygienist was very focused on trying to sell me Invisalign and honestly I had never been told I had an issue in my 48 years. However, that was not mentioned again and I don’t think she is still employed there. I recently had to have a filling and I can honestly say it was the easiest and fastest I’ve ever had a filling completed. I was in and out in less than an hour. My husband has started going here too and he has been having good experiences as well. I really like Dr. Upchurch and the staff at the front are so very friendly!!

Office was very clean, staff was inviting as well as friendly. I would like to single out one person, Gabe was very thoughtful, walked me through the whole process, and was very knowledgeable. DR Upchuch is friendly as well as thoughtful throughout the entire experience. I highly recommend this dentist and I will be back.

This practice has declined significantly since Dr. Conner retired & Dr. Upchurch took over. My bottom right wisdom tooth was bothering me. They did an isolated xray of the one tooth which she stated there was no infection. However when she did the exam she said that the tooth was extremely red and that it needed to be extracted. Dentist love pushing wisdom tooth extractions off on you. She referred me out to an oral surgeon (she stated it would be better for them to do the extraction) who extracted the tooth and I’m on day 6 with worse pain than I had going into the dentist. This happened to me a while back when Dr. Conner was there where I was experiencing pain and they actually cleaned the site and I had no more pain. I have been 3 times, the experience was good. My daughter had a truly horrible experience. She was bullied in to a deep cleaning, that should not have been needed at 22. She said the hygienist was mean. When I spoke to her after the appointment, she was crying too hard to talk. She will not be returning. Not happy about the way she was treated.
