Little gem of a pharmacy. Never give you trouble over authorizations you know shouldn't even be an issue like your CVSs and Walgreens. Plus they have a reliable delivery service.

This has been my pharmacy for years, You are treated more like family than just another customer. Ms. Ester, Ms. Barbara, Ms. Maria, Mr.Jose, Mr. Carnell, Also Mr Arthur who is truly missed. I needed a controlled substance prescription filled and was told they had a limited amount. Therefore, they would not fill mine because they were saving medication for regular customers. I think they could have just kept that information to themselves. They also keep you on hold for a very long time when calling.

WARNING: Do not waste your $100 on their COVID-19 test; It is inaccurate! I received a negative test from Kenner Discount Pharmacy and decided to go to Ochsner emergency room after because I was extremely sick with flu-like symptoms, and I tested positive. If I wouldn’t have went to Ochsner and believed the results from Kenner Discount Pharmacy, I could have affected my family, and others as well.

I visited this pharmacy yesterday for the first time ever because they were the only pharmacy around that would fill my doctors prescriptions and I called before I went and the lady whom answered was very nice and answered all my questions that multiple other pharmacy said they couldn't answer over the phone. I went in and they were so nice and filled my prescription right then and there. This will now be my go to place. Very nice people and the prices was very reasonable.
