Dr. Kenneth Conti is very nice. The staff less than efficient. Some times it takes 24 to 48 hours for them to call your prescriptions into the pharmacy. They have NEVER called me to advise me the doctor was still out (3 appointments in a row). After my calling several times to get refills for my B/P meds (was completely out) I was told not to keep calling "they would call them in as soon as they could". THEY NEVER HAVE! Needless to say I've found a new doctor.

Dr. Conte is one of the best doctors ever. He's an old-fashioned doctor - takes his time and listens to you. Plus he's just a sweetheart. I'm lucky I found him after my doctor retired.

👎👎 I am someone who has pain and has a baby.how do you expect us to get up those stairs in a stroller?It is very difficult to Decamp the stairs and open the door, it is not automatic, the double door is very heavy, almost my disabled child would stay between.We come here for treatment purposes.there are old people, there are disabled people, how come you don't make a special way.we told the authorities, we were told that there was nothing we could do.We decided to leave immediately when we checked in, we will never come here, so as not to suffer any more injuries.
