Kelsey Pharmacy | The Vintage

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever delt with. I’ve been with Kelsey Vintage pharmacy since 2016 & as I need refills I’m moving all my meds to HEB. My doctor sent a prescription to them on September 8th and I called today, September 17th and the person I spoke to told me they didn’t have anything in the system for me, suggested it was sent to another location and continued to argue with me even though I was sitting right there while the doctor sent it. All the sudden she mysteriously found my prescription but said they didn’t have it and couldn’t order it. I have to locate it Sorensen. This happens every month. I understand not having the meds BUT I do NOT understand them not notifying me sooner. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! This is the sorriest pharmacy I’ve ever encountered. The real stu

Waited for a hour and 45 minutes while they looked for my prescription, mind you I’ve been coming to this location for a while now. Only to find out they transferred it to H‑E‑B without telling me. Worst technicians. At this point I’m glad they transferred it.

I just switched to this pharmacy. I look forward to get my medication there from this day moving forward.

Love all the Kelsey employees and doctors. They are always efficient and a joy too work with on every visit.

I was being helped by a lovely technician over the phone when I first called. I then got placed on hold & another technician answered completely disregarding any questions I was asking. Did not even answer the question I asked & dismissed me. That is not a way to treat your patients. Unfortunately I did not get her name, but very unprofessional. The First Lady I spoke to was very pleasant.
