Kelsey Pharmacy | Fort Bend Campus

I walk in. There is a African american gentleman in front of me standing at the front counter. May be about 3 feet, give or take. Very visible. Behind the front counter, there is an African decent employee. Im standing about 5 to 6 feet from the gentleman in front of me (very visible), and im standing there for a good enough amount of time for her to acknowledge me, but she didn't. She looked at me. So I figured she would at minimal. Greet me. Eventually another lady on the other side of the pharmacy leans over from behind the counter were she was. She had to lean because the counter extends upward in front of her. She greets me and says she will be with me shortly. Then she actually assists me. Now thats customer service. So while im waiting on my prescription. About 10 minutes or so has

Kelsey Seybold is a very good place to go for your health needs. I have gone there for years. They are very organized and reputable organization.

For the first time ever I was approached and told I can't take pictures of the inside of a Kelsey Seybold clinic (yes I'm also a patient at Kelsey) and show their wonderful lobbies and the interior. I don't take pics of people as my other Kelsey reviews show, just the designs of the buildings and interiors to show how beautiful they are, the plants, the art, and decour showing how inviting and welcoming they are. As I do very many types of reviews and have done many Kelsey Seybolds this was discouraging to say the least. I even asked if I can take pictures of just the empty parts of the lobby and walk ways and sitting areas but was informed I could not. I would think Kelsey would be more welcoming to the reviews especially from a patient. I truly hope the other ones don't act like this tha

Have never had a bad experience with Kelsey Seybold (so far). Love my PCP and the specialists I've seen! Highly recommend

I went into the pharmacy after a visit with my Doctor to see if I had any prescriptions ready for pickup, Ihe pharmacy manager went out of his way to assist me and promised that he would make sure that the prescriptions ordered by my Doctor would get filled and be ready the following afternoon. I received a phone call the next day and was informed that my prescriptions were ready for pickup just as had been promised, and again when I went to pick up the prescriptions everyone was super courteous and made me feel welcomed. I really appreciate the help and the manner that I was treated. Professionally and courteous. You have a great staff at your pharmacy.
