Recieved a neck fusion and bone graft with a plate in my neck..... was 1) denied ANY pain meds due to the fact I wasn't comfortable staying over night...after a male nurse hit on me and walked in on me changing twice while i was in the recovery room. 2) placed me on high dosage of Lyrica, very controlled substance only to fail to preauthorize it during the months I tried to have it help my neuropathy.....so instead I just went up and down and withdrawals the entire time....highly affecting my ability to function normally for months. 3) when I asked to speak to the surgeon I've only experienced absolute neglect and have been fully ignored. When I expressed this they had me escorted by security out of the office.

Dr Schmidt has taken care of my two boys with craniosynostosis for a few years now she did my second sons cranial vault remodel and she took such good care of him he recovered so fast!! Couldn’t ask for a better doctor for my children and how knowledgeable she is. Love her. ❤️❤️

I would give zero stars if I could! Dr Kelly Schmidt makes medical diagnoses without taking into account all medical history of patient. Bases her diagnosis on an assumption of what she believes happened! Separates families from their children. I’m a thankful for second opinions and medical experts. My family is one of the lucky ones. It’s frightening to think of how many families she has devastated?! My hope is no one has been arrested charged or imprisoned because of her reckless rush to diagnose without investigating all possible causes!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This provider has done nothing but lip service for my family member. Refusing to call my sister’s previous neuro for a treatment plan because she “had read her chart” is ridiculous. My sister was supposed to be seen today and 5 pm rolled around and NOTHING happened. If you want a provider that does NOTHING, then by all means, see Kelly. The lack of care is disgusting and ridiculous.

She is a conniving Dr who performed a right caraniotamy plus a right lobepectoy on my brain to stop seizures.she teamed with a neurologist Samir Bangalore who was supposed to be epilepsy specialist.since when? they got together and removed my whole right temporal lobe and my whole hippocampus.that was not the deal they were just supposed to remove only a 4th of the brain which they forged the documents again.i been miserable for over 12years now.she ruined mine and my whole family lives.she told me not to do the surgery but did it anyways.money over MIND.dont trust this Dr will pick her caleags over. Your own health.think twice before you let her perform any kind of surgery on you.i wish I did
