Kelli is wonderful. I’ve been getting massages from her every 6 weeks since I moved back to Pensacola two years ago. This past week I noticed how much better my range of motion was after having a massage. I appreciate that Kelli can incorporate craniosacral techniques. She’s helped me manage herniated discs in my low back and SI joint problems really effectively. She was also skilled at adapting the massage to my needs when I was pregnant. I highly recommend her services.

My wife and I found Kelly very quickly upon our arrival to the Pensacola area. Her decade and a half of experience and professional listing convinced us to give her a try. The studio takes a keen eye to find the first time, but it is well suited to a relaxing experience. Kelly employed a range of techniques over the three months that we had regular appointments with her. She adeptly addressed our needs and offered homework in the form of stretches, exercises, and self-massage techniques to aid in our therapy. For myself, I found relief from TMJ and a reduction in headaches, along with lowered stress levels. Literally the best massage I've ever received. I workout 6 days a week so I'm usually pretty sore all the time. Kelly was able to work out all my problem areas and I left totally pain free. Which is crazy for me being so sore allllllll the time. She even did some cupping to get those stubborn knots out of my back free of charge. I highly recommend her and she was very professional which is always a plus for me. I will be a regular from now on.
