Very disgusted with the way the have cared for my mother. With a patient there is an appropriate way to discuss their plan of care and an inappropriate one. It seems that this office has achieved a expert skill in using inappropriate verbiage when speaking with patients. Condescending, apathetic and giving up on the caring for the patient. "Bedside" manner is atrocious and as retired nurse I am appalled at them. They have successfully made my mother feeling like giving up with statements like" I guess I just have to live with this" VERY TERRIBLE CARE. I can understand if there is no further options available, BUT presentation and tone are key when speaking with a patient. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE. PS DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR.

Not my dr. But impressed with all he has done to help my brother jack Seems that he cares and does whatever he can to assist him and treat him with the ultimate care. Thank you dr collins. Once again several years later this man has gone above and beyond for my brother 🩷
