Dr Baldwin is fantastic! My daughter has been seeing him for several years and he performed major surgery on her legs in 2022. He is kind, thorough, and answered all of our questions leading up to and post-surgery. As an added bonus, his nurse Kathy is wonderful! She is so organized, helpful & just a nice person who put us at ease during a stressful time. We occasionally had some moderate wait-times at appointments, due to emergency surgeries at CHOP, but the office staff kept us informed and updated. It’s understandable since he’s a specialist, and we find it worth the wait! Highly recommend.

Sadly, my experience with Dr. Baldwin was disappointing. On the positive side, I was able to get an appointment within 48 hours. However, we waited 50 minutes for him to enter the room. When he finally arrived, there was no apology for the delay. If I had been 50 minutes late, I would have been charged a late fee and made to reschedule. When Dr. Baldwin entered, he didn’t introduce himself or even say hello to me (Mom), my husband (Dad), or our 14-year-old son (the patient). His first words were, "So what happened here?" After a brief 4-5 minute discussion, during which he barely examined my son's hip, said he reviewed the MRI results (we did not see this), prescribed crutches for six weeks, and said we didn't need to follow up. Dr baldwin was an amazing surgeon, i broke my arm very badly and did not expect to be doing this well after only a few months. This would not have been possible without Dr. Baldwin. he is very easy to talk to and is extremely talented at his job. His nurse kathy was also extremely nice and helpful, i would recommend Dr. Baldwin.

Dr Baldwin operated on my grandson bobby in 2018 and was hands down one of the best doctors I’ve ever encountered. My other grandson natius was operated the same day by fellow doctor at chop and both were such a success . Incredibly grateful.

Dr. Baldwin did surgery on my daughter in june 2015. Jade is very happy and out of pain. Dr. baldwin is a great.doctor.
