Terrible experience. Took 4 hours of me sitting there shaking and crying in pain to walk out with no relief only to find out the medicine they were waiting on the pharmacy to get for me was over the counter. Went to Walgreens and got it over the counter and had relief within 5 min. They didn’t set me up with antibiotics or anything. Went to Alpha Care Urgent Care off of Cowan RD. In and out within 20 min. No wait. $0.00 copay. Walked out with a diagnosis, referral for a specialist, and prescription that was ready within 15 min to pick up to get me on track. Don’t waste your time coming here if you’re sitting in agonizing pain.

I encountered some difficulties regarding my daughter's referral. After persistently calling for three days, Miss Sheily Wild finally answered my call. She was incredibly helpful and made numerous calls to ensure my daughter received the appropriate assistance. I am deeply grateful for this wonderful woman.

I was a patient here in the ER and all of the staff was well knowledgeable and kind. I was in and out within 4 hours (really quick for what I needed) and able to walk around and drive. I was nervous but they explained each step and were very open with me about what my procedure entailed and the care for afterwards. The ER is open 24/7.

Excellent health care. Very happy with the service here. Everyone is very nice.

My daughter was inpatient here and I cannot say enough about that 4D team. The treatment, care and hospitality was above and beyond. My daughter's stay went through the Memorial Day Holiday and these people volunteered to come in on their day off to do the research, labs, testing and scans, etc. They went above and beyond to figure out what was wrong with her and fix it. She had been to 3 other hospitals prior to this and would have died if she had not made it to this team.
