I’m incredibly grateful for the compassion and empathy Dr. Barnes showed during my appointment. Thank you for taking the time to truly listen and for giving me a hopeful plan moving forward.

Unfortunately our experience with Dental Concepts has not been a good one. My wife went for a cleaning as a new patient in mid-September and was rescheduled for several weeks later because the dentist was late and did not have time to clean her teeth. She still had to pay a copay for the visit and our insurance was charged. When she went back in October, they had booked her for a higher-tiered cleaning that was not fully covered by insurance and did not disclose that information until she was about to pay. When they started her cleaning, they only cleaned HALF of her mouth and told her she would have to come back in a month to have the second half of her teeth cleaned. They offered no explanation for this and still charged our insurance. I’m not sure what’s going on with this office, but

I’ve had all of my dental work done here, and I must say it’s been the best experience I’ve ever had! The staff is absolutely amazing—professional, kind, and attentive. Dr. Barnes is exceptional! He genuinely shows concern for his patients, making sure you’re comfortable and never in any pain during procedures. His caring approach and attention to detail make a world of difference. I couldn’t be happier with the level of care I’ve received and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a top-notch dental experience.

I cannot recommend Dental Concepts and Dr. Barnes enough! I recently had a root canal procedure, and it was truly top-tier in every way. Dr. Barnes is incredibly skilled, professional, and made the entire process as comfortable as possible. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and welcoming, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. They took the time to explain every step of the procedure and ensured I was at ease throughout.
