Made an appointment for Leesville and they scheduled it at the Alexandria office. Called and they worked my son in. Was asked social security number in the event “if” insurance didn’t pay- they would use your ss to collect. We’re Tricare and allotted 1 exam, free, annually. Was told eye exam was $300 if Tricare didn’t pay. You’ve got to be kidding me. I’ve had several eye exams and surgeries and have never paid $300 for an exam. Looked at frames and they do are little pricey. Office is clean. Ladies at desk are little rude and as I’m typing, I’m listening to them talk about the elderly man who just drove off with his eyes dilated. Yet......they did nothing to deter him from leaving.
