The Woodlands Healthcare Center, Leesville, LA

I’ve had a grandmother and grandfather at this facility at different times over the years. Both were well taken care of. My grandmother returned more than once after receiving a few months of care and therapy. She was always excited for bingo and LOVED having her nails painted by the staff. One staff member always took the time to braid her hair. Many would spoil her with extra goodies and snacks from the vending machine from their own pockets. Something I know a lot of staff do for the residents there. I would recommend anyone interested in placement for a loved one to go take a tour. No place is perfect, but you can certainly see they strive for good care and a happy environment.

Beautiful facility. Great nurses and CNAs. My family member has lived there for 4 years. Her nurses and CNAs go above and beyond to make sure she has her Dr. Peppers and bananas, which she loves. DON is very helpful at answering questions and helping with any problems that arise.

My great grandmother has lived at The Woodlands for several years she loves her nurses and CNAs. The nursing staff is hardworking and takes very good care of her. The facility is also beautiful.

This facility is very nice. Nurses and CNAs go above and beyond. My family member has been there for about a year and we have no complaints. Therapy department is also good.

My mother had been at Woodlands for awhile, and living in another state, I wasnt able to get there as often as I should have. My Brother found and placed our mom there, she developed Breast Cancer and had refused treatment and when I got there I wanted to find something bad about this place, but in 24hrs I seen a staff that went above and beyond for my mom. They truly all cared for my mom, and she was so loved here, that with her passing made me come home knowing that between my brother and all the staff ( down to the cleaning lady) took very good care of her.. They made sure that at the end she felt no pain and was at piece. They gave us all the time we needed. It's been over a week now and all the staff that had something to do with my mom's care signed and sent a card for our family.. T
