If I could give this place 0 stars I would. i was late for my appt by exactly 10 minutes and the office had maybe 3 people waiting. Donna, the receptionist was so cold hearted and showed no compassion at all when giving me an appt a month away, saying that I was 15 minutes late. Although I expressed to her that I am a Type 1 Diabetic needing some help, she didn’t even care to just ask the NP.
This place is the best. I see Kayla Slay. Their office is wonderful, timely, and it feels like they really listen to me and care about their patients.
