This place is amazing. I was breaking out with some type of rash around my face that had been irritating me for a a week. A friend of mine recommended me to go see Kayal. I scheduled an appointment and not only were they able to diagnose what was going on quickly, the staff was very friendly and the customer service was amazing. They made me feel very comfortable with the whole process and now I feel like I have new skin on my face. I’m so happy and so grateful that my friend referred me to such an awesome place.

I’ve been going to Kayal Dermatology for several years and this is easily the most efficient, friendly and professional medical provider I’ve ever interacted with. Their pre- and post-communication is fantastic, the office personnel always make me feel welcomed, the office is run efficiently, appointments are always on-time and they never keep you waiting. My PA, Joel, and Dr. Kayal are nothing short of incredible. Attention to detail, incredible communication skills and I always feel I’m in good hands and their most important patient. Great doctor, and I’ve had no issues with the 2–3 procedures I’ve received here. However, I have to deduct two stars due to their billing practices. Most providers collect a copay, file insurance, wait for the EOB and final coverage determination, and then bill any remaining balance. That is not the case here. Instead, they require full payment upfront without verifying insurance coverage. If you overpay, they will never notify you, your money simply sits as a credit on your account indefinitely, years even. If you request a refund of that overpayment, they state it will take 20 days, which is frustrating given that the unusual billing practices are on their end.
