Par for the course poor Kaweah Health services to consumers. Medical providers remain unsupported by front office operations personnel. Staff is rude and unwilling or unable to answer simple procedural questions. Calls to various Kaweah Health nonmedical departments remain unanswered and voice messeges are not returned.

Had several prescriptions at RiteAid and got tired of getting the run around and waiting in long lines. I've been going to Kaweah Health Pharmacy for a few months now, and they are very efficient, professional and fast! They even got certified to dispense a particularly difficult medication I was having RiteAid fill, which was always a problem there. But KHP hasn't skipped a beat yet. Wish I'd switched a lot sooner! They will even bring it out to your car if you call them. UPDATE - My son takes a medication that he cannot miss. I went to the Kaweah Health pharmacy to pick up 3 other medications and let them know he was out of the 4th medication. The technician said no problem, verified the dose, then refilled it on the spot. Added maybe 5 minutes to the trip, and I was in and out with the

happy there’s a curbside pick up otherwise I would transfer my prescription to another pharmacy with a drive through. Would be nice if the curbside was more convenient with the correct options on the phone to easily let them know you’ve arrived. Instead of listening to the menu and hear the different prompts and guess which number to press because it says nothing about curbside pickup.

Great service, my prescriptions are always on time and the staff is positive and never condescending like some other pharmacies. Have recommended them to friends.Will continue to go back to them as my primary RX filling station. 5/5
