Katie is prompt to her schedule, she is always prepared and ready, the massage table is always clean with clean sheets and blanket. A very clean, safe, and professional massage is important self care and its so nice to have Katie in Owatonna. Katie will always ask you and listens to what areas you feel need the attention and she is very transparent and honest about what shes sees and feels and makes sure that comfort is consistent even when sometime knots need work. I carry a lot of tension in my neck as my job is quite physical in nature and I get nearly immediate relief after my appointment. I highly recommend and would recommend to anybody!

Katie is great! She found issues that I have had with my right upper back that leads into my biceps and gave relief! Also, I have been dealing with heal pain and she told me it was from my extremely tight calf. She focused on areas on concern for me, great pressure and helped in my healing process of these painful issues. I know this is not an all fixed in 1 visit and I’m ok with that as I know she will continue to help in the relief process. Highly recommend!!!
