Dakota Valley Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

I am impressed with the service and quality of work. I have had very little pain after my oral surgery. The whole staff was helpful and supportive. I was referred to this practice by my family dentist. I will make sure to let her know that I feel very positive about my experience. Everyone was professional and kind throughout. I am excited to see the finished work when I get my implant!

Had to get my four wisdom teeth removed and this was truly the best clinic to go to! Nancy and Brittany did such a great job. Nancy explained the procedure and made me feel so at ease! They sent me home with a pint of ice cream and called later that evening to check in. The entire experience was not as scary as I was imagining. Highly recommend! Thank you so much!

This place is top notch and they are very nice and well experienced. about 2 weeks ago i had 2 teeth pulled at the Owatonna location and Dr Nancy was phenomenal. I fear on going to dentists but my experience here made me feel more comfortable going back to get more teeth removed. Best part was that Dr Nancy called me around 8:00-8:30pm that same day to check up on my and to see how i was doing and if i made it home. so to all the people that dont like dentists or fear them, go to these guys you will not regret it. They helped me with my loose teeth problem. They were very informative on all the steps to have snap on l9wer dentures. During the procedure they made sure I was in no pain and kept asking if I was ok. Very courteous and I'm very happy on how it went. I highly recommend them.

I had two teeth pulled on 1/14/26 by Dr. Nancy McDermott. Dr. Nancy McDermott is excellent. She explains everything well and does a beautiful job. She followed up with a phone call later that day and even returned my call promptly a few days later on the week end when I had questions. I appreciate we have Dr. McDermott at our DakotaValley, Owatonna, MN location.
