Terrible and nasty manners of receptionist. I called 3 times and she hang up the first 2 times and the third time she picked up and without answering place me on hold. I do understand the dentist are great and must a very busy office....but have some courtesy.

While working in a hospital many years ago a patient mentioned to me her wonderful dentist, Dr. Kathryn Finley-Parker. Based on her recommendation I decided to visit Dr. Finley-Parker and for decades I too have been singing the praises of this practice. This is an office where the patient is welcomed and feels cared for and connected to the friendly staff. There is an abundance of kindness and excellent care in this practice. I have known for I forgot the time. It’s been that long. She is perfectionist, professional, friendly and puts a smile on your face.in all these years that I have known her. At no time had I have had to see her lose her cool. She is a great friend and perfect human being besides being great dentist.. All the best to you Kit.

Dr. Finley-Parker and her entire staff are outstanding. Hygienist "Ms. Karen" was gentle in cleaning my teeth and performing xrays. Appreciated Dr. Finley-Parker coming before my office departure to exam my teeth thoroughly. She always gives that special kind human touch. I have loved her practice for 15 years and always refer her to others. Thank you to all.
