This is the 3rd request for "feedback"/survey. Right after my visit, I received an email request for evaluation of service. I responded with my feedback. Very soon after that, I received a text message requesting the same thing. I did not respond to that request. Now I just received this request via email. Please check your system to determine why I has asked 3 times. These days we receive so many request forms from not only doctors but others that they have become a nuisance.

If you have to get your eyes dilated and examined, this is the place to do it! The staff is always pleasant and the office is run very efficiently. Had two cataract surgeries with Hecker Eye Care and pleased with both experiences.
